Course Overview

This course gives you the skills, knowledge and confidence to operate an abrasive wheel machine safely for cutting and/or grinding operations, protecting both you and those around you. It offers the following range of certificate options: bench mounted grinder, bench mounted cut-off saw, hand-held electric driven grinder/disc cutter, hand-held engine driven disc cutter. Up to three certificate options can be assessed per day. If an additional certificate option needs to be assessed, this must be done on another day.
