What will I learn?

This Mental Health for Managers course will cover:

  • some of the more common mental health issues in the workplace
  • reducing stigma and discrimination 
  • position mental health with regards to law and equality in the workplace
  • explore how to engage with those who may need support.  

This course will be delivered on Teams in one online session of three hours.

All materials are supplied by the College and will be available online.
