What will I learn?

Advance to Electronics content includes electrical and electronic engineering theory, plus extensive hands-on hardware and software work.

You'll study electrical/electronic principles to prepare for the dynamic engineering world and mathematics to enhance your skills.
Communications training will help you become an effective leader. Learn about computer networks and cybersecurity to future-proof your skills, including Industry 4.0 concepts to prepare you for the modern workplace.
You'll gain practical experience in software programming (Python and C++), microcontrollers (embedding code for integration with robots and renewable tech), and fundamental electronics.
You'll also learn electronic soldering and circuit assembly to an internationally recognised standard.
You'll design and build a real-world engineering project, such as a solar tracking device or drone.
