This woodwork course will show you how to create your own piece of furniture. You will learn how to use basic hand and power tools, a woodworking lathe and woodwork machines.

You will work on a project such as a basic salon table, coffee table, small blanket chest, jewellery box or a small piece of garden furniture.

The price of the course includes the cost of all materials used.

If you have no previous experience of working with wood or using hand tools we recommend that you complete the DIY at Home - Level 1 course first. This will help you to get a basic understanding of the skills involved and will allow you to get more out of the woodcraft course.
