This course provides an introduction to subjects related to the world of childcare. You will develop your soft skills in subjects such as ICT, numeracy and communication within a care context. Suitable for applicants who have successfully completed the Step into Care Level 4 course.
There may be an opportunity for a short work experience placement.
Successful completion of this course may lead to progression onto an SCQF 6 course such as Childhood Practice.
