Change Management in the Public Sector, or CHAMPS2, is a business change method that is broad in scope and driven by vision. It encompasses the whole business change journey.

Through our APMG CHAMPS2 Foundation & Practitioner training course, you will discover the techniques to help you adopt a proven business change method within your business to help reach organisational objectives.

CHAMPS2 Business Change is a Foundation and Practitioner training course that shows you how to manage change within your organisation using CHAMPS2 principles and techniques. 

When you finish your training and pass your exams, you can validate your understanding of how to:

  •  Reduce risk and cost by providing clear guidance, tools, and techniques.
  •  Achieve a high standard of programme delivery through the quality management framework integrated within the method.
  •  Provide a common language for programme teams and stakeholders across all change initiatives.
  •  Learn to tailor the method to fit all sizes of projects or programmes.

With a first-class research and innovation centre at our Dumfries Campus, we’re able to promote a green approach in education, research, and business, to devise, develop, and distribute the skills that are needed to operate the technology that will ensure a greener, cleaner, and better future for all.

As a highly-attractive destination for those interested in learning about and developing skills in green energy, driven by our Green Skills Academy, we set students on the road to fulfilling, rewarding, and productive jobs in their future.
