Learners will be required to carry out seven mandatory units, four of which are generic. Evidence will be gathered from workplace evidence and block release for knowledge and training.

Applicants are required to be in full-time employment.
Method of Assessment
Direct site observation (primary evidence) – Uploaded video/photographic evidence with a personal statement (secondary evidence) and knowledge and understanding of all practical activities.
