This course will provide you with knowledge to enhance your experience using local ingredients, such as Mirin, Ponzu, Sake, Miso and Kombu.
Explore the flavours of Ramen, Okonomiyaki, Sushi Rice, Karaage and Tonkatsu techniques from simple everyday ingredients. You will also explore the fifth basic taste “Umami” and the Japanese traditional flavours.
