Description

What will I learn?

Access to HNC Fitness and Sports Coaching contains many practical elements for which you should ensure that you are physically fit, and includes:

Industry recognised qualifications including strength and conditioning (Level 2) and First Aid at work and sports injuries
Human physiology in the development of performance which provides a better understanding of anatomy and physiology
Units which will help prepare you for progression to HNC, including developing research skills and group exercise with music
CIMPSA - industry skills, which helps you to gain knowledge about the governing body for the fitness industry.

A PVG will be carried out at the start of this course.
