GRE Energy Training delivers this one day BPEC Water Regulations course that has been designed for those installers who need to gain the required knowledge of the Water Regulations 1999 before either applying to join their local water authorities “Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme”, or one of the plumbing competent person schemes.
Now an MCS requirement, BPEC Water Regulations proves competency for registration with an approved body.

This one day course has been designed to meet the need for those installers who need to gain the required knowledge of the Water Regulations 1999 before either applying to join their local water authorities “Water Industry Approved Plumber Scheme”, or one of the plumbing competent person schemes.
A certificate and card will be issued to the successful candidate. The course price includes examination entry fees.
Course Objective:
The course includes a comprehensive guide and workbook and is fully recognised by WRAS as meeting their qualification requirements.
Course Outline:
The course covers the following topics;
• Interpretation & Definitions of the Water Regulations.
• Materials and Substances.
• Requirements, Design and Installation.
• Backflow and Contamination Prevention.
• Hot & Cold Water Services.
• Flushing Devices.
• Sanitary Appliances, both internal and external.
Pre-requisites: The course is designed for plumbing and heating engineers, but there are no formal entry requirements and is open to anyone who would benefit.
Certification:
BPEC Water Regulations (WRAS) Certification.
Price: £225 + Vat.
Duration: 1 Days including theory, practical and assessment.
