The intent of this course is to provide basic to intermediate techniques on guitar and improve upon their knowledge of the instrument and general music theory.A common complaint from guitarists after learning the basics is how they use the fretboard higher up the neck of the guitar, as all the basic chords keep your hand in one area of the guitars neck. This will be a primary goal of this course; to give the candidate the required knowledge to use more of the guitar neck.A focus on lead playing and accompaniment will be placed on the course to encourage working well with other musicians.
