Qualifications
Who are they for? Anyone who is employed in an administrative role. The course comprises 3 mandatory units and 5 optional units. The mandatory units cover planning, managing and improving your performance; undertaking and reviewing work in a business environment; communication. Candidates can opt for either an e-portfolio or a paper version
Delivery
Where do they take place? In the workplace - your Borders College Assessor will guide you every step of the way, visiting regularly and providing personalised tutoring and support. If required, additional training and support can be provided at one of our Borders College sites. When are the start dates?All year round! The duration of the programme is negotiable and dependent upon individual candidate progress
