National 5 Mathematics builds on the skills and knowledge developed at National 4 and provides a strong foundation for Higher Mathematics. You will study essential topics such as algebra, geometry, trigonometry, statistics and percentages. The course focuses on applying mathematical skills to real-life situations, supporting progression into further education and many careers.
A maximum of two Qualifications Scotland Higher and National subjects can be studied with UHI Inverness in one academic year.
Applicants must attend UHI Inverness campus in person for prelims, externally marked coursework and the final exam will be on campus at UHI Inverness.
