Alex McAra HGV Training, based in Perth, Scotland, was established in 1994 and is the longest established transport training provider in Tayside and Fife. Alex personally has over 40 years experience in the Transport industry. During this time he has accrued innumerable contacts within the industry with whom he keeps in regular contact by training new drivers for their businesses or providing drivers from the pool of trainees flowing through Alex McAra HGV Training. We offer training to suit anyone from the nervous individual taking their first tentative steps into the vocational arena or large companies requiring flexibility from a training provider who understands the programming required to provide a smooth coordinated approach to ensure the minimum amount of disruption to their workplace. We offer vehicle and equipment supplied training for Categories C and C+E. The Women in Forestry Practical Training Fund, has been established by Scottish Forestry to support the personal development of women, providing them with additional skills to progress their careers and employment opportunities in forestry beyond their current role.
