This course can be delivered face-to-face or online (although not at the same time 🙂). There are Public (open to all) or closed courses (just for your organisation). COURSE CONTENT • Summarising Data - Subtotal/Outlines/3D formulas - Consolidate Function - Filter formula • Analysing Data with Pivot Tables - Working with data - Introduction to PowerPivot - Introduction to Power Query • Working with Advanced Formulas and Functions; - Nested IF / IFS function - CountIFS/SUMIFS/MAXIFS/MINIFS - Lookup & Switch functions - Date & Time functions - Year & Year Frac functions • Advanced Conditional Formatting - Highlighting entire row - Using lookups & dropdown lists • Advanced Visualisation (graphs) • Financial Functions • What-if-Analysis • Using Macros • Data Validation (dropdown from a dropdown) • Useful Tips and Other Features; - Protection of workbooks, worksheets and cells - Arrays & Auditing / Formula errors - Input Mask (e.g. hide all but last 4 digits of a credit card)
About Build Your Skill
I am an experienced IT Trainer with over 20 years experience in teaching and tutoring. My speciality is in Microsoft Office software - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook but I also do training in other aspects of Microsoft such as Teams, SharePoint and Sway. Training is delivered in a friendly and relaxed way either face-to-face or online via Teams. Whether you are a complete beginner or are looking to upskill in Microsoft software, I will be able to help you.
