This programme is based on National Standards and consists of the following mandatory units: Maintaining Health and Safety in a Laboratory Environment; Maintaining Effective and Efficient Working Relationships in the Laboratory; Measuring, Weighing and Preparing Compounds and Solutions for Laboratory Use; and Using and Communicating Laboratory Information to Authorised Personnel. This course is work based and all assessment will take place in a day-to-day working environment.
