What will I learn?
The SVQ in Management at SCQF level 7 consists of four mandatory Units and three optional Units.
The mandatory units of SVQ Management are:
- Develop Your Skills, Knowledge and Competence
- Lead Your Team
- Manage People's Performance at Work
- Provide Healthy, Safe, Secure and Productive Work Environments and Practices

This SVQ is suitable for individuals who are currently in employment and who wish to obtain a formal qualification.
Candidates should be in a job or placement where they are carrying out relevant tasks and responsibilities that allow them to gather the required evidence.
The SCQF level 7 is aimed at aspiring managers and supervisors.
Delivered via remote 1-2-1 meetings and assessments as required. You will be given access to an e-portfolio and College VLE.
