The BPEC Solar PV qualification is recognised by Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) and will support your application to become MCS registered.

Course fee: £650 and includes training, assessment, BPEC manual, registration and certification. The IET Code of Practice Solar Photovoltaic Systems, 2nd Edition is available at an additional cost of £76.00.

Aimed at qualified electricians, this course is designed to provide the required skills and knowledge to install small-scale photovoltaic (PV) systems and an understanding of all the legal issues surrounding the installation of these systems. This includes guidance on completion and submission of all the appropriate notifications.
