Description

This one day, 7hour, course is ideal for those who operate in an outdoor setting such as urban parks, but do not need to satisfy a National Governing Body requirement.

It introduces the themes of outdoor first aid, and teaches you what to do in an outdoor emergency when help is close to hand in an urban environment.  Also relevant to workplaces where a low hazard outdoor environment is used, such as park rangers and ecological consultants who operate in urban environments.

Urban, or low level walk and cycling leaders. Urban based park rangers or environmental consultants.

Theoretical training and practical scenarios are used together. You will be very active on this course, come prepared to get involved!
