What will I learn?

The course will cover:

• Effective Communication
  Learn how to communicate clearly and with impact, by improving your verbal and non-verbal communication style.  
• Change Management 
  Learn how to remove barriers and roadblocks to change and focus on how to inspire change and how best to lead others through periods of change.  
• Conflict Management
  This session will provide you with effective techniques and strategies for handling and resolving conflict in the workplace.  
• Time Management
  This session will introduce time management tools and techniques that will allow you to manage your time more effectively and feel more in control.  
• High Performing Teams
  You will learn how to become a leader who equips their team with the skills and capabilities to deliver results and work effectively together.  
• Negotiating and Influencing
  The contents of this session will include how to prepare to negotiate and influence effectively. Learn how to overcome resistance and barriers to your ideas.

This course will be delivered on Teams in six online sessions of three hours each. Dates as follows: 12, 19 and 26 November and 3, 10 and 17 December
