This course is perfect for operatives who need to gain a basic understanding of electrical theory and safety, as well as how to correctly mount Solar Photovoltaic systems. The course will provide you with a demonstration of competence when undertaking work alongside electricians, and all of our modules are in accordance with MCS guidance. In an ever growing market, it is essential that staff are adequately trained to meet consumer demand for renewable energy, and this course does exactly that.
This course gives candidates the theoretical and practical based knowledge to successfully mount Solar PV systems to a roof, and uses Schletter, Clenergy, and Hilti mounting systems to do so.

Entry Requirements: Whilst this course is designed for individuals with prior electrical knowledge or roofers, there are no official entry requirements.
Certification: Certificate of Competence.
