What will I learn?

Introduction to Shiatsu and Acupressure aims to give a basic understanding of the following principles:

  • Connecting to the flow of ki (energy).
  •  The dynamic of Yin and Yang within all things - including ourselves!
  •  The application of a variety of Acupressure points on the body.
  •  How to give a basic Acupressure treatment to friends and family.

Before attending the class to maximise the practical application of shiatsu and acupressure please:

  •  Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely with trainers or flat shoes.
  •  Remove all jewellery except a wedding band
  •  Ensure fingernails are short and clean
