Classy Cushion Making

Sunday 22nd June – Afternoon – 2pm to 4:30pm

Tutor: Catriona Brown

Take your cushion making to the next level! In this class, you’ll learn how to make a cushion back with a zipper as well as how to make your own piping using the bias binding, ribbon, or fabric of your choice. We’ll then assemble them with the front of your choice to make a professional-looking piped cushion cover. Everyone will think you bought it in a shop! This is great for pieced blocks or plain panels of feature fabric, it instantly ups the wow factor of any cushion project.

You will need your sewing machine (with zipper foot), fabric, and a zip (exact details will be sent with your order acknowledgment).

This class is suitable for those with good basic sewing skills, you must have experience with machine sewing.
