
Bump Club is a series of exercise classes that are designed to keep you fit and active during your pregnancy and help you get back to fitness after the Bump's arrival.
This course is available on the Bump Club website.
All our classes are suitable for you if you are pregnant but we have a Mum & Bump only class on a Tuesday 20:00 - 20:45. Our online classes are designed to keep you and your bump fit and healthy. Each class will incorporate some cardio and strength exercises and most definitely not forgetting the core and pelvic floor.
The lead practitioner at Bump Club is Sarah Robertson. Sarah has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and is extremely well qualified with an undergraduate degree in nutrition and a sports science masters.
All classes are delivered online or in Edinburgh.
